More About Me

 I am a dynamic and powerful negotiator and have a high level of integrity and strong commitment to always obtain the best results for my clients which has resulted in referrals from both clients and professionals in related fields, such as attorneys, bankers, and appraisers. I never represent a buyer and seller in the same transaction; doing so would take away the clear focus defined by the single agency. I am well liked and respected in the real estate community in Santa Cruz and the Bay Area.

In 2010 I began my association with Coldwell Banker. Their “Luxury Homes” division provides unsurpassed marketing opportunities for my seller clients as well as a network of top agents to help me find buyers their perfect home. I joined the firm during the nadir of the economic crisis but quickly attained “International President’s Elite” status. My affiliation with Coldwell Banker has enabled me to facilitate sales for clients throughout the greater Bay Area as well as Oregon, Washington DC, New York and Paris. I am ranked among the top two percent of Coldwell Banker agents nationwide.

I have proven a long-term commitment to serving my community. I am passionate about my involvement in the educational, social, and cultural aspects of Santa Cruz County. I have used my marketing and creative skills to produce successful events to benefit WomenCARE and SCAP (Santa Cruz AIDs Project). I served as a board member of WES (Women’s Educational Success).

My work with clients is a creative facilitation process. I use my training in the expressive arts (I trained at the Tamalpa Institute with Anna and Daria Halprin, Jamie McHugh and Ken Otter) to assist both sellers and buyers clarify and obtain their goals. I use every contemporary method of marketing and research as well as my personal hands-on approach to staging, open houses, and broker’s tours to help my sellers obtain the highest possible price for their properties. I use my training in communication skills to help my buyer clients determine the best home and location for their next move.

  • Taught classes at the Santa Cruz Board of Realtors and for Coldwell Banker and other offices on "The Buyer Broker Agreement"  and "Creative Facilitation; Leading by Following". 

  • Trained in the field of expressive arts at the Tamalpa Institute. Many years working in the field of scoring and collective creativity as taught by Lawrence and Anna Halprin enable me to help my clients create a clear roadmap for the process which will produce a clear roadmap so that they achieve the outcome they desire! 

  • Produced several theater performances, notably "Alive at the Edge" and "An Evening with Anna Halprin".

  • Completed a four year training to become as a Guild Certified Feldenkrais@ Practitioner. The philosophy of "make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy elegant" applies to my work as a Realtor in many ways.
